Our Dangerous Goods by Sea Training Course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to prepare and send dangerous goods by sea safely and compliantly. The training shall be provided to ensure that the transport operation does not cause harm to people, property, or the environment.

Through interactive lectures, hands-on activities, and real-world scenarios, our experienced instructors will teach you the key concepts of the IMDG Code Dangerous Goods Regulations and how they apply to the transportation of dangerous goods by sea. You’ll learn how to identify the different types of hazardous materials, understand the hazards they pose, and apply the appropriate safety measures to prevent accidents and incidents.

You’ll also learn about the specific requirements of the IMDG Code Dangerous Goods Regulations as they relate to the transportation of dangerous goods by sea, including the requirements for classification, identification, packing, marking & labelling, documentation, and emergency response. You’ll understand how to prepare and submit the necessary documentation, and how to handle dangerous goods in accordance with the requirements of the carrier and the authorities.

Upon completing the course, you’ll be able to confidently prepare and send dangerous goods by sea in your workplace, understand the IMDG Code Dangerous Goods Regulations, and respond effectively to emergency situations.
