The Driver CPC Module 3 (Manual Handling & Customer Care) training course is designed to provide drivers with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle and move items safely, as well as to provide an understanding of customer care. The course covers topics such as manual handling techniques, risk assessment, and legislation. The course also covers customer service topics such as customer service principles, communication skills, and problem solving.
