To provide Drivers with the instruction required by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) and JAUPT in order to obtain their Driver Qualification Card (DQC).
Driver CPC training is a requirement for most LGV drivers under the new Driver CPC Regulations. Drivers are required to undertake 35 hours of continued professional development training every 5 years in order to maintain their ability to drive professionally.
The Driver CPC Module 3 (Manual Handling & Customer Care) training course is designed to provide drivers with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle and move items safely, as well as to provide an understanding of customer care. The course covers topics such as manual handling techniques, risk assessment, and legislation. The course also covers customer service topics such as customer service principles, communication skills, and problem solving. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of the importance of safety and customer service, and will be able to apply these skills in their professional roles.
